North Brunswick Volunteer Fire Company #2 by the numbers of 2016. Take a look at some of the things that happened overall in our fire company over the last year.
From our 36 dedicated members, to our 6 new probationary firefighters, 3 of which attended fire school for 159 hours.To purchasing our 2 new fire apparatus. From our 722 total calls, 275 in our first due, 8 were structure fires, 25 small fires (oven/ appliance/ grille/ balcony/ dumpster), 36 brush/ mulch fires, 34 mutual aid calls, 16 vehicle fires, 10 MVA’s, 8 Hazmat, 6 Elevator Rescues, and 1 Deer Rescue.
… 2016 was a good year for NBVFD2 while there is still more work to be done. We’re hopeful that 2017 will be even better.
